adi Consult Group now on four continents
Network of own offices and representations in more than ten countries
(November 4, 2005)
On its fifth anniversary in October 2005 the Management and Personnel Consulting Company adi Consult held its first global network meeting in New York. The main focus of the meeting was the continued expansion of adi Consult’s network. Their revised website (www.adiConsult.com) was released just in time for the event.
The location for the meeting was carefully selected: After adi Consult in Germany was founded in 2000, the US company adi Management Consult was incorporated in New York. Germany and the US are the foundation of the global consulting group which specializes in the transport and logistics market.
The managing partners Klaus D. Geissler (Kelsterbach), Jochen Smoktun (Kelsterbach), Hans-Jürgen Willam (Hamburg), Manfred Engst (New York), and Helmut Berchtold (San Diego) welcomed all members of the adi Consult network. Aside from Germany and the US the group is present in the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Chile, Brazil, South Africa, Thailand, and Canada.
Additional offices will be opened in Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Dubai as well as India and Australia by the middle of 2006. More branch offices are planned in those countries where the group is already active. In addition, the group will convert current representative offices into holdings.
This however is not enough growth: "It is our goal to become the only truly global provider of consulting and personnel services in the transport and logistics industry. Amongst others we offer Management Consulting, Personnel Consulting as well as Mergers & Acquisitions”, remarks Klaus D. Geissler. "Our next steps are the expansion of our network in Denmark/Sweden, Hungary, Russia, Chechen, and Japan. “
The five managing partners of adi Germany and US gained extensive experience in international logistics on several continents during their respective tenures with global logistics providers such as Schenker, Kuehne + Nagel, and Danzas.
“Our Mergers & Acquisitions segment has experienced a particularly positive trend. Our clients’ interest in further acquisitions remains very strong especially in the area of air and ocean specialists in Europe, Asia, and South America” explains Jochen Smoktun.
“Our expertise in International Logistics is very highly regarded by our clients, which allows us to build the same reputation in the area of Management Consulting” says Hans-Juergen Willam.
The company has aligned all its activities with the demands of the global transportation markets. Accordingly, Personnel and Management Consulting, Mergers and Acquisitions, SWOT analyses, strategic planning, validating and establishing business plans, advising companies on optimizing or rebuilding their organizational structures, productivity benchmarking and improvements are all part of adi’s portfolio. Their solutions are realistic and practical and if desired adi will implement them too. The vast industry specific experience accumulated by adi’s management and staff while working in operational and top level positions is a great foundation for their customer’s success.
